Recipe Ideas: Vegusto & VBites Vegan Panini

Delicious melt in your mouth vegan cheese.

Ingredients 
Vegan Margarine 
1 pack of 4 Panini's (vegan) 
Sundried Tomatoes 285g jar 
Vegan Basil Pesto 
VBites Pepperoni-style Slices 100g 
200g Vegusto No-Moo Melty from twin pack 
Pack of Organic Wild Rocket 
Balsamic Vinegar 

Method: 
Turn on Panini machine and scoop 1 tsp of vegan margarine onto Panini plate. 
Add 3-4 slices of Pepperoni-style slices onto Panini toaster, and close heated plates for 30seconds, then set slices aside. 
Slice the Panini bread and spread vegan pesto on both inner sides. 
Slice 10 medium thick circles of Vegusto No-Moo Melty vegan cheese, and place 5 slices on bottom bart of Panini. 
Cut a sundried tomato into 3-4 strips depending on size, and add on top of the sliced Vegusto No-Moo Melty. 
Add the Pepperoni-style slices. 
Top with the remaining 5 slices of Melty. 
Close Panini and butter top outer part with the vegan margarine. 
Place in Panini toaster for 2 minutes. 
Remove the toasted Panini, then open and add the fresh rocket, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. 
Close up Panini and slice if desired & enjoy. 
Repeat same process for 3 other Panini’s.
