Here at Port Royal we make deliciously real Jamaican patties to traditional family recipes. We first prepare our fillings, combining fresh chicken, beef, lamb, fish or vegetables with a secret mix of Jamaican herbs and spices. We then place them in a special pastry: the Kingston Crust. The finished patty is baked to perfection to give you taste of Caribbean sunshine in every bite.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on the day of purchase. Once defrosted do not refreeze. If frozen consume within 1 month.
Microwave - From Frozen. Our patties can be microwaved but this will impair the quality of the pastry. Remove from packaging and heat on full for 60 seconds. Allow to stand for 60 seconds before eating. (based on a 800W microwave). Caution: Fillings may be very hot.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Reheat in Oven (highly recommended for perfect pastry): Remove from packaging, reheat on baking tray for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C (400°F) or Gas mark 5.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Remove from packaging and heat in oven for 25 minutes at 200°C (400°F) or Gas mark 5.
