Recipe Ideas: Vegan Tuna Casserole
Another delicious recipe idea using products from Vegan Perfection.
1 5oz. can of Caroline’s Natural Fishless Tuna
1 tbsp oil
2 tablespoons vegan butter or margarine
3 tablespoons oat flour
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
VBites Supermelting Nacho-style Cheezly
Whole wheat pasta
2 jars of sliced button mushrooms
1 bag of frozen cauliflower
Whisk the flour for about a minute, then add 1 1/2 cups almond milk. Turn heat down and let thicken, whisking occasionally. Add one tablespoon of minced garlic and Dijon mustard. Add VBites Supermelting Nacho Cheezly and let that all melt together.
Prepare whole wheat pasta, two jars of sliced button mushrooms and one bag of frozen cauliflower. Defrost the cauliflower and then chop it all up. Add entire mixture with 5oz Caroline's Fishless Tuna and the cheese mixture to the drained pasta and mix well. After mixing, pour it into a baking dish then top with crushed chips and half a block of shredded Supermelting Nacho Cheezly. Bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF
