We operate a strict dispatch schedule using a variety of couriers. We select the best courier for your area and order. While we can not guarantee shipping times, we do our best to ensure your product arrives safely in a timely manner.

Shipping costs are as follows:
- $13.95 + GST for ACT, NSW, NT, SA, TAS
- $18.95 + GST for QLD and WA
- $11.95 + GST for VIC

If your order is over the value of $150 then shipping is free of charge.

There is no express shipping available. We always choose the fastest and safest shipping method for your order.

Express shipping methods are not always better.
Air shipping to Adelaide is the same ETA as Road shipping to Adelaide, however air shipping has more points in the transit line that can be held up due to bottlenecks, such as at the Airport.

Order dispatch days depend on when you place your order and your location.
- For QLD, orders with perishables are dispatched Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays if your location is in Brisbane or Gold coast metro areas.
- For WA, orders with perishables are dispatched Mondays & Tuesdays only.
- For TAS, orders with perishables are dispatched Mondays & Tuesdays only.
- For NSW + ACT, orders with perishables are dispatched Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (Wednesday dispatch only if you are Sydney metro).
- For SA and VIC, orders with perishables are dispatched Monday-Wednesday.

All nonperishable orders are dispatched Monday-Thursday.
We need one business days’ notice to put your order in this dispatch schedule.

Transit times are as follows
- QLD, 2-3 days
- NSW + ACT, 1-3 days
- SA, 1-2 days
- VIC, 1-2 days
- TAS, 1-3 days

We use Startrack and Fastway for most orders, which are ambient couriers. If your order contains perishables, it will be packed in a polystyrene box with ice sheets. Our staff calculate the amount of ice to go in the box based on the contents of your order, transit time and weather. If your order is over $150, we may send it with refrigerated couriers and you will be advised of the estimated delivery day.

If your order is sent with Startrack or Fastway, the tracking number is added to your order on Shopify the morning after dispatch. If your order is sent with a refrigerated courier, there is no tracking available.

You can reset your password through the password recovery tool. If this does not function for you, Email us at and we will email you a new password link. We can also change your login email at request.

If you contact us immediately after placing your order we will try to get this done for you. If your order has been packed by our warehouse staff or dispatched to the courier, we are unable to make any changes.

For change of mind on products, you can mail them back to our warehouse for a refund or credit as long as the stock is received in a sellable condition. No refunds or credits can be issued on damaged or opened goods. Please contact us to arrange this prior.

Our warehouse is located at 52 Fordson Rd, Campbellfield, VIC 3061. We are not open for walk-ins and our factory outlet is closed. For pick up orders, we need 1 business days notice. Please refer to our google hours for collection times and note we are not open for collections on Fridays.
