Field Roast sausages are made using traditional, tried-and-true sausage-making practices that begin with a grind made from our their delicious grain meat. Field Roast uses fresh vegetables for delicious flavor including Yukon Gold potatoes, onions and garlic, then add some liquid and, finally, mix in the seasonings including rubbed sage, ginger, black pepper and voilà: an artisan plant-based sausage with sizzle, texture and personality!
